3D Printer in an Educational Setting - This presentation was made with Prezi and Jing to inform others on what all a 3D printer can be used for in an educational setting. There are lots of great ideas to learn from inside this presentation.
If you would like to see just the 3D Printer Prezi Presentation, without the voice over, so that you can move from slide to slide yourself; just click the hyperlink. This would be a great way to catch some of the titles from the presentation, especially if you think you might be interested in using one of the subject areas.
This SoftChalk lesson is something I would send to my On-Site Tutors at our nine high schools that we serve for them to do a lesson with our students. If I sent them all the link to the SoftChalk lesson then all the students would receive a lesson very similar to each other about time management and career planning. This is a good way to keep all nine tutors on the same page with our students.
Resources:
Jing - this is a voice over resource that is great to add a little character to a presentation.
Prezi - the new PowerPoint. This is a new way to present a subject with twist and zooms to keep your audience awake.
SoftChalk - a lesson designer to help you share your information.
